This business case was a semester long project. I chose to focus on an issue that I had at work, which was long-term sustainability of the Human Trafficking Prevention Program at Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS). The program will be losing grant funding. The purpose of this document was to develop plans on how to continue the program without grant funding. I was very proud of the finished product. I revised this document numerous times throughout the semester and each time the finished product was better. I then presented this to the Level Superintendents at PWCS and they approved my recommended course of action. This business plan was implemented during the 2017-18 school year.
